caroline poblete, M.D.
Caroline Poblete, M.D. joined the Center in 2001. She is a board certified general and child and adolescent psychiatrist who sees children, adolescents and adults. Dr. Poblete specializes in the treatment of anxiety, depressive and attention disorders in children and teenagers as well school-based mental health consultation.
Dr. Poblete completed her undergraduate degree at Hood College in 1988 and her medical education at University of Virginia in 1992. Her general psychiatry residency and child and adolescent psychiatry fellowship were both completed at the University of Maryland in Baltimore. After completion of her training, Dr. Poblete worked for three years at a community mental health clinic run by the Department of Psychiatry at the University of Maryland. She currently maintains a busy office practice at MCP’s Ellicott City and Annapolis sites and also works as psychiatric consultant for several schools in Howard and Anne Arundel Counties.
